Services

3D modeling for Beile

We will create, with the help of your provided reference sheet, a suitable 3D model and help with the artwork to apply to the inflatable.

This is a fairly extensive process to create the best model for the concept. You can expect utmost attention to detail of everything, from the general shape to the continuity of artwork. We basically won't stop till we think the resulting inflatable is as close to your dream as possible!

Steps
  1. Create a plain 3D model with basic feasibility checks made with Blender and its pressure simulator
  2. Create a converted 3D model to supply to the factory, possibly further optimized for inflatable design
  3. You request the pattern file from the factory. Note, this will incur extra costs asked by the factory
  4. Apply the factory created pattern file to a new 3D model in Blender for later validation of the artwork
  5. Transfer the artwork from the reference sheet, paying close attention to continuity of seam-crossing-artwork
  6. Create 3D renders from various angles for your validation
  7. Convert the pattern to the vector program used by the factory
  8. Do final validation and color proofing
  9. Deliver all required files to the factory
Basic 3D modeling for more accurate reference sheets

We will create, with the help of your provided reference sheet, a 3D model that accurately follows your reference sheet.

This model can be rendered to create a new reference sheet to use by factories. It's also usable as asset in games but note that no skeleton work or optimizations are done.

Steps
  1. Create a plain 3D model, possibly with a quick pressure sim to validate realism
  2. Texture the (possibly inflatable optimized) 3D model
  3. Render the 3D model, optionally with the created pressure simulation
Vectorizing artwork

We will convert your scans or digital artworks into vector artwork.

This artwork can be used wherever you wish a more crisp artwork. The benefit to this is infinite scalability which makes it suitable for printing at high resolutions. But in addition, the files tend to be much smaller than their pixel based counterpart.

Steps
  1. Trace existing artwork to SVG
  2. Optionally convert to a format used by the factory
